Reference number : 1562890 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-11 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERVENTION PLAN (PAVL 2023-2025) The Regional County Municipality of Mékinac (MRC) is requesting bids for obtaining professional services aimed at carrying out its intervention plan produced under the local road assistance At this stage, only the names of the bidders will be declared aloud, since the documents will then be analyzed for conformity and the offers submitted to the weighting of a selection committee responsible for evaluating them on the basis of the documents provided. Bidders should note that the bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000). This bond must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders. The MRC incurs no responsibility for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the tender documents. The MRC does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. We thank you in advance for your interest in this letter and ask you to accept the expression of our most distinguished feelings. Performance bond 20% is required. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
