TENDERS DOCUMENTS Tenderers may obtain a copy of the estimate and the tender form through the Electronic Tendering System accessible at the following Internet address www.seao.ca by paying the costs provided. . TENDER CONDITIONS Only individuals, corporations or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are authorized to tender. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the estimate and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender including applicable taxes. This guarantee may be in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the Town of Saint-Tite or in the form of a bid bond issued in favor of the Town by an insurance company authorized to stand surety. The City of Saint-Tite does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received.
