The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: Shall include, but is not limited to approximately 4,610 lineal feet of 36-inch sanitary sewer pipe; Approximately 1,620 lineal feet of 30-inch sanitary sewer pipe; Approximately 5,350 lineal feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe; Approximately 350 lineal feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer pipe; Approximately 240 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer pipe; 1 cast-in-place 96-inch manhole; 25 manholes at 72-inch diameter; 4 manholes at 48-inch diameter; Approximately 6,240 lineal feet of 16-inch water pipe; Approximately 320 lineal feet of 12-inch water pipe; Approximately 200 lineal feet of 8-inch water pipe; Approximately 560 lineal feet of 6-inch water pipe; 5 combination air release/vacuum valves of sizes 3-inch, 2-inch and 1-inch; Approximately 310 lineal feet of 60-inch steel casing by jack/bore; Approximately 370 lineal feet of 36-inch steel casing by jack/bore; Approximately 240 lineal feet of 24-inch steel casing by jack/bore, pavement removal and replacement with base course and with 2-sack; trench safety system for pipeline; videotaping of project site before and after construction; and a traffic control plan.
