Scope of work consists of; W. Main Street (STH 19) and Dayton Street Installation of approximately 408 linear feet of 12" HDPE sanitary sewer Pipe Burst and sanitary lateral reconnections; removal and replacement of approximately 10 linear feet of 8" PVC water main, two 8" water main valves & boxes, and two 6" water main valves & boxes; 68 square yards of 9" HES concrete pavement and 100 square yards of 2" Asphaltic Surface removal and replacement; Traffic Control; Erosion Control; and all other incidental work to complete the work. Park View Lane Installation of approximately 1059 linear feet of 8" PVC water main, 21 linear feet of 6" PVC hydrant lead, 377 linear feet of 1" copper water service, 3 hydrants, 4-8" valves, 3-6" valves, 17 water service, corporation, and curb stop connections, including all miscellaneous fittings; removal and replacement of approximately 627 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter; 144 square feet of 4" concrete sidewalk, 60 square feet of 6" concrete sidewalk, 975 square feet of 6" concrete driveway aprons, 400 ton of asphaltic trench pavement; Traffic Control; Erosion Control; and all other incidental work to complete the work. B. All utility work shall be done in accordance with these specifications and the Standard Specifications for Sewer and Water Construction in Wisconsin (herein referred to as Standard Specifications), Sixth Edition, December 22, 2003 and Addendum No. 1, dated December 22, 2004 and Addendum No. 2, dated April 22, 2008, except those certain sections of Part I covered elsewhere in these contract documents which are hereby deleted. C. The proposed work will be staked once by OWNERS REPRESENTATIVES, at no expense to CONTRACTOR. Should CONTRACTOR request restaking, this work will be done as OWNERS REPRESENTATIVES schedule permits and at the expense of CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall notify OWNERS REPRESENTATIVE at least three (3) days prior to the start of open cut work and when making periodic requests for line and grade stakes.
