The purpose of this Quick Quote is to establish a term contract with one qualified business to provide snow and/or ice removal service at the Roanoke CDL Test Site 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, necessary to remove snow and/or ice from parking lot, sidewalks, steps and entranceways. 2. The Contractor shall ensure that snow and/or ice are removed from all parking lot, sidewalks, and entranceways prior to the DMV locations opening. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair of curbing, parking bumpers, asphalt, and/or paving if it is found that damage to such areas was caused by extreme negligence on the part of the Contractor while performing snow and/or ice removal. 4. A job site inspection shall be required; see Section VI., K. "Inspection of Job Site". 5. All Contractor employees shall wear a face covering whenever working in customer facing areas. Location Where Work Will Be Performed: Roanoke CDL Test Site,4341 Thirlane Road NW, Roanoke, VA 24019 From date of Contract award through one year (Renewable for four (4) optional one (1) year periods).
