Saving Project...

Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Marion, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to engage a contractor to furnish and install twenty (20), new and unused HVAC units at various locations within Hungry Mother State Park, located at 2854 Park Blvd, Marion, VA 24354. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Cristina Garcia, VCA via email at cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov no later than 5:00PM EST onFriday, February 25, 2022. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to remove and replace existing equipment and render operational a new and unused twenty (20) Trane, Carrier, American Standard or agency-approved equal meeting or exceeding the specifications herein. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with these specifications, and conform to the Virginia OSHA Standard, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. Work is to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 8am and coordinated with the Park Manager. A site visit is REQUIRED prior to bidding if one has not previously been conducted for this project. Contact the Park Office at 276-781-7400 to make an appointment with Andrew Philpot prior to bidding in this program. All bidders must sign in to have their site visit recorded.
