Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Osage Beach, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work of this contract includes removal of existing features along Autumn Lane. Construction ofapproxirnately 446 feet ofnew 18-foot wide road with 2-foot wide concrete curb and gutter. Project includes grading, electrical meter and rack relocation, storm sewer, concrete driveway approaches. Work shall include any other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Forms provided in the bound Bidding Documents Package and be accompanied by the bidder's certified check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. A performance bond will be required of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to obtain a contractor's license and submit a certificate of insurance for workers' compensation. The prevailing hourly rate of wages, as determined by the Federal Wage Determination and/or the Industrial Commission of Missouri, Annual Wage Order #28, including amendments, will be complied with on this project, and not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as found by the agencies or Court of Appeals shall be paid to all workmen performing work under this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities, and to determine the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and to award the contract on that basis.
