Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District is requesting sealed proposals from qualified landscape architecture firms for Abbey Creek Neighborhood Park Phase 2. As of November 17, 2022, an award has been made. Construction is expected to be completed by 2024. The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District reserves the right to reject any proposal not in compliance with this Request for Proposal or in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so, and to waive any and all information in the best interest of the District. Copies of the Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting Rene' Brucker, Park Planner at r.brucker@thprd.org or 503.614.4012. No Requests for Proposals will be faxed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
