Provide parts and services, and some limited programming support for the County's Notifier brand fire alarm systems. Provide on-call fire alarm system services as needed for construction, tenant improvements, maintenance and installation services (the "Work") on a requirements basis. Provide all equipment, labor, and materials, including management, mobilization, tools, fuel, equipment, and personal protective equipment at Work site(s) ["Project Sites(s)"]. Work includes but is not limited to fire alarm system emergency service, low voltage emergency service, fire alarm system remodeling, build outs, integration work, fabrication, cabling and raceways, instrumentation wiring, designing/engineering fire alarm systems, emergency service, maintenance, installation, repair, replacement, integration, troubleshooting, designing, additions and modifications, and other Work as assigned by the County. Multnomah County reserves the right to reject any or all bids if not in compliance with the Invitation to Bid (ITB) procedures and requirements and to reject any or all bids or to cancel the Sourcing Event if Multnomah County finds it is in the public interest to do so.
