Renovation of a fire / police facility in South Boston, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Sealed bids are invited for: South Boston Police Department Basement Renovation: selective demolition, interior partitions, and other items as described in the Contract Documents. Bid Bond required if the bid exceeds $100,000. A Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond are required in the amount of 100% of the contract price if the bid exceeds $100,000. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. The Town of South Boston encourages participation from small, minority, and female-owned businesses and does not discriminate on any basis. The Town of South Boston reserves the right to reject any and all bid proposals. All questions are due by 5pm on February 16th.
