Site work for a water / sewer project in Tigard, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Establish a pipeline renewal and replacement program for the city where the end result is replacing three miles of pipe annually. At times, funds may be transferred from this program to individual capital projects to leverage opportunities to replace water lines within other projects such as major street improvements. As of January 21, 2025, this project is included City of Tigard FY 2024-2025 CIP. It's in final design and scheduled to go out for bid in late spring 2025. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the RFP packet. Proposals will be considered time-stamped and received by the City when they are received in the email inbox listed above. Late proposals may not be considered, it is the City's sole discretion to accept or reject a late proposal Proposers are required to certify non-discrimination in employment practices and identify resident status as defined in ORS 279A.120. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do.
