Site work for a water / sewer project in Tigard, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Abandon the existing 12-inch waterline running parallel to Red Rock Creek in place and connect the dead-end waterlines in Wall Street and Tech Center Drive to create a system loop. In doing so, this will delete a waterline railroad crossing. Connect the existing 12-inch waterline to Milton Court and to the existing 12-inch waterline in Tech Center Drive, which will add a waterline railroad crossing. As of August 18, 2022, this project is included in the City of Tigard FY 2022-2023 CIP. Information regarding design completion and firm construction timelines has not been released. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
