The City of Brookings South Dakota ("City") requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") firm to provide pre-schematic, preconstruction, and construction services for the potential renovation of their existing Public Safety Facility, or potentially replacement of the current Public Safety Facility with a new ground up facility. Prospective responders shall direct all inquiries/questions in writing only (no oral questions will be entertained) to both: Jacob Meshke via email: jmeshke@cityofbrookings-sd.gov Dick Strassburg via email: dstrassburg@tegragroup.com All questions are due no later than 4:00 PM on Monday, February 7, 2022. Responses to the questions will be posted on City's website https://cityofbrookings-sd.gov/Bids.aspx The contact persons listed above are the only individuals who can be contacted about the project before proposals are submitted. Responding firms are prohibited from communicating in any other manner about this project with any other City Council Members or City employees. Other means of communications or contact may disqualify the submitting firm.
