This project will involve site investigative, design development, and bidding services for The replacement of 3 rooftop units at the SDARNG Armory at Brookings, SD Additional services such as construction administration/inspection will be negotiated at a later date should the project proceed to the construction phase. Anticipated project timeline is as follows: Schematic Design/Site Investigation Phase complete by April 2022 Design Development Phase complete by June 2022 Firms desiring to be considered for providing professional services for this project should send a Statement of Interest that outlines their qualifications and experience for this project. Statements of Interest should clearly address each of the following criteria: 1. Project approach and methodology to meet the project requirements (10%); 2. Project teams specialized expertise, capabilities, and technical competence to meet the project requirements (15%); 3. Ability and proven history in handling special project constraints (Scope, Time and Cost) (10%). 4. Proposed project management techniques. (5%); 5. Availability to the project locale (20%); 6. Familiarity with the project facility (20%); 7. Resources available to perform the work, including any specialized services and their roles within the project, within the specified time limits for the project. Resumes of team member's professional accomplishments and experience with similar projects to be included. (10%); 8. Record of past performance, including price and cost data from previous projects, quality of work, ability to meet schedules, cost control, and contract administration.
