Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Santa Clara, New Mexico. Design plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
To plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a pedestrian/ bicycle path for the Village of Santa Clara in Grant county Design and construction The Copper Trails bicycle and walking path that connects the mining district is being constructed. Santa Clara has agreed to be a partner in this effort which is aimed at reducing obesity in youth. The path is approximately .5 miles. The Village would like to now connect the trail being constructed to its downtown and City parks utilizing sidewalks and lighting. The Village has received funding to replace the 100 year old one lane bridge to a two way with a pedestrian crossing. The Village will follow the procurement process. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of May 2, 2022, a design engineer has been selected. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
