The District's PlanetBids portal may be accessed through the District's Purchasing webpage. Applicants must be registered to view and download the documents. There is no charge to sign up. Any and all Addenda will be posted on this webpage. It shall be Applicant's sole responsibility to conduct periodic checks of this webpage to identify and download any Addenda. Subcontractors are not required to submit Prequalification Questionnaires. Only those potential bidders who prequalify via this Call for Pre-Qualification Applications process will be permitted to submit a bid on this procurement. Each Project Contract shall be awarded to the pre-qualified, lowest responsible and responsive Bidder for each Project. Each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following appropriate classification of contractor's license, for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license throughout the duration of the contract -- B License. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, to accept or to reject any one or more items on a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, or to waive irregularities or informalities in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire or in the pre-qualification process.
