Site work and paving for a playground / park / athletic field in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

Reconditioning to include: 1. Twelve [12] Har-Tru courts. Courts 1-12. 2. Clean all courts of any and all debris and remove the debris from the courts and park. Debris includes leaves, sticks, and other materials removed from inside the courts for the reconditioning process to proceed. 3. Clean all courts of loose and dead court material. Loose/dead material may be piled outside the court area during the resurfacing process. Contractor must remove all loose and/or dead material from park premises by April 16, 2022 and properly dispose of it. 4. Roll courts and remove any loose material. Check courts for any low areas and repair as needed. 5. Apply new court material [provided by City], as needed. Two [2] tons per court is recommended. 6. Brush, water and roll all courts, repeating as often as needed to assure firm, well compacted surfaces and maintain such maintenance as needed and as directed by the Tennis Pro/Manager. Rolling of the courts to continue from completion of the resurfacing to within 48 hours prior to the opening date of April 23, 2022 [weather permitting]. 7. Apply new line tapes and nails [provided by the City]. 8. Install nets and center straps [provided by City]. 9. Adjust and /or straighten all net posts. Prior to payment, the Northam Tennis Manager and/or the Aquatics and Tennis Manager or his designee must inspect courts. All terms and conditions of this proposal must be met prior to payment.
