Jessie Smiley CEI Services for University Drive in Broward County Methods of Compensation will be Lump Sum: $1,629,212.31 maximum. The cost and method of compensation for this agreement is subject to re-negotiation if an original construction contract time changes + or - 10%, not counting weather days or holidays. The re-negotiation of the cost shall be limited in case of an increase only to the extent in excess of 110%, and in case of a decrease below 90%. In the event costs are re-negotiated as a result of changes in the construction contract time, adjustments to the compensation shall be made by contractual amendment. The adjustment shall be made by determining the difference in 90% (decrease in construction contract time) or 110% (increase in construction contract time), and the percent of CEI time worked, multiplied by the original CEI contract amount. The percent of CEI time worked shall not include contractor granted holidays, but will include 50% of allowable weather days. For CEI contracts covering multiple construction contracts, the adjustment will only be made for corresponding construction contracts meeting contract time change parameters.
