The scope of work for this project is test and thermally image equipment as called out in the Division 26 Specifications. Refer to spec section 26 05 03 for further information. Any/all new equipment provided (if required) shall be SQUARE-D as determined to be the standard equipment for Sinclair Community College. 2. The Electrical Contractor is the prime contractor for this project. All other work not related to Electrical shall still be part of the Electrical contract and is the responsibility of the EC to provide and coordinate. 3. The dollar amount given back for any/all Copper and other metal reclamation is to be given back to Sinclair. 4. Any/all new equipment provided under the repair allowance is to be brought up to code and current NEC requirements. Housekeeping pads shall be provided for transformers, switchgear, generators, and any other equipment requiring such. Proper clearances shall be met per NEC based on the type and size of equipment. 5. Arc Flash Labeling shall be provided by the contractor on all equipment per Arch Flash Study for all buildings in this phase. Arch Flash study shall be provided under the Electrical Contractor's contract by the Equipment manufacturer (Square-D).
