Roads and landscape material including asphalts and road and railroad construction materials and soil stabilizers and artificial turf and construction aggregates including rock, gravel, and sand Construction services including sewer maintenance and repair, roads and highways and excavation and backfill services, levee and dam construction and digging, ditching, road grading, rock stabilization, equipment rental or lease, and energy conservation Specialized trade construction and maintenance services and equipment including elevator install and maintenance services and athletic facilities and golf courses and recreational enclosuresaSpecialized trade construction and maintenance services and equipment including elevator install and maintenance services and athletic facilities and golf courses and recreational enclosures Environmental management including natural resources management and conservation strategy planning services and environmental testing and lab services including air quality The purpose of this RFQ is to enter into a purchase order with the responsive and responsible vendor that submits the lowest cost to provide: a small (1-4 person) labor crew to work closely with DWR (Division of Wildlife) and BLM staff on native materials erosion control of side channels and along Mill Creek. We will hire the crew on an hourly basis and can keep the crew employed until our budget of $20,000 is reached, or project ends. Bids must provide with the bid at least 2 past project with Zeedyk style or erosion control found at. Experience with this style of erosion control is mandatory and will be evaluated as part of the minimum requirement for a successful bidder. Bids must include the per hour rate per-person. See Attachment B for additional information. Each quote received shall be evaluated for responsiveness as outlined in the Utah Procurement Code. This RFQ shall be evaluated by the objective criteria described in this RFQ. Quotes submitted must comply with the specification identified in this RFQ. Any quote that does not comply with the prerequisite and questions sections will be deemed non-responsive and will be rejected. Multiple or alternate quotes will not be accepted. If a vendor submits multiple or alternate quotes, the State will only accept the bidder's primary bid and will not accept any other bids constituting multiple or alternate bids. Any exceptions to the content of this RFQ, including the specifications, must be protested in writing to the Division of Purchasing prior to the closing date Vendors must review each section of this RFQ carefully before submitting a quote Vendors are prohibited from communications regarding this RFQ with the conducting procurement unit staff, evaluation committee members, or other associated individuals EXCEPT the State of Utah Division of Purchasing procurement officer overseeing this RFQ
