PN- 20-3202 The work of this project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, appliances, tools, equipment and plant, and the performing of all work in accordance with these specifications and the drawings, except for work which is expressly noted herein or indicated on the drawings as not included in the project. The project consists of (1) contract and the following Base Bid. The basis of award will be made on the Base Bid. The work associated with the Base Bid shall generally include, but not be limited to: Work consists of installation of a new School Zone Safety Flashing Beacon with Speed Radar Sign assembly on Mill Street and Heim Road in the Town ofAmherst, Erie County, New York. The project also involves the removal and delivery to the Town of the existing School Zone Flashing Beacon/Sign assemblies, and restoration of the areas disturbed by the construction activities for the project in kind as specified and detailed on the drawings and these contract documents. The project is located along Mill Street and Heim Road both being Erie County Highways. The Contractor shall obtain a work permit from Erie County DPW for the proposed project work for both the locations.
