The Port of Clarkston is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to establish a professional services consultant roster for the 2022 calendar year. This requirement may be satisfied via the form Application for Professional Services Roster. The Port is preparing for projected needs for professional services over the next two years. Needs are anticipated in - but not necessarily limited to - the following: 1) consulting services including economic and feasibility studies; 2) master planning; 3) public works project design; 4) telecommunications design; 5) permitting; 6) civil engineering; 7) marine facility engineering and design; 8) architecture services; 9) landscape architecture services; 10) archaeological investigations - reports and monitoring; and (11) developing financing/funding applications for projects. The Statement of Qualifications should address the firm's qualifications and experience in the appropriate service area(s). Interested professional firms should submit resumes of key personnel - representative project experience - and references with their statements of qualifications. Consultant may be selected for projects from those statements on file with the Port of Clarkston. However - the Port reserves the right to interview firms on the roster and/or to re-advertise for services for specific projects if deemed to be in the best interests of the Port.
