Renovation of a swimming pool in Clarkston, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The scope of work includes the following: replace existing 8.5 ton RTU with a new 8.5 ton RTU and economizer; new duct smoke detector; related electrical. Castellaw Kom Architects (CKA) will administer this contract for the Asotin County Family Aquatic Center (ACFAC), a public facility within the jurisdiction of the Public Facilities District. Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this scope of work. All workers shall receive an hourly wage meeting prevailing wage requirements. The contractor will be required to maintain Contactors Liability Insurance to include Workman's Compensation (statutory), Employers Liability ($100,000 minimum) and comprehensive General Liability ($1,000,000) combined single limits for bodily injury and property damage). Include a certificate of insurance upon bid award. All Contractors must have a Public Works Contractors license as suitable for work to be accomplished on this contract. A bid bond and performance and payment bonds are NOT required for this project.
