The work will include for the removal of approximately 2,450 ft2 (228 m2) of existing SBS roof system and the installation of a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on June 29, 2022; the completion date is August 26, 2022.
