Renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work will include for the removal of approximately 2,025 ft2 (188 m2) of existing SBS roof system, the removal of approximately 8,825 ft2 (820 m2) of existing BUR roof system and the installation of approximately 10,850 ft2 (1008 m2) a new SBS roof system. The bids shall be stipulated sum. Partial or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Limited unit price work is included. The Work is anticipated to begin on June 29, 2022; the completion date is August 26, 2022. *Award details have been corrected.
