Work includes but may not be limited to the removal of the existing asbestos board cladding panels by a qualified asbestos remediation specialist/subcontractor, and re- cladding these areas with HardiePanel; upgrade to portions of the existing exterior walls; replacement of the existing windows with upgraded windows in the existing openings; replacement of roller blinds in all classrooms within scope of work; replacement of security screens and installation of new security screens; replacement of the existing exterior glazed double H/C exit door, sidelights and frame; new painting on the existing exterior metal door. All required repairs/touch ups to the interior finishes, or other interior components (e.g., millwork) affected by the work are also included in the scope.
