Woods Hall is an existing 3 level building located on the University of Maryland's Campus Mall, accessed by way of Chapel Lane. The project consists primarily of the modernization of the building's HVAC system on the Ground, First and Second Floors. Renovation of a portion of the existing restroom facilities are included as Alternates.
