Period of Contract: The period of contract shall commence on 01 March 2022 and shall end on 28 February 2023. The City may, at its discretion, extend the period of contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor and provided the contract pricing, terms and conditions for the extended period are acceptable to the City and the Contractor. Inquiries must be received via portal not later than Monday, 01 February 2022. Should the portal system not accept the inquiry, bidders may contact the Contracting Authority by email. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
