Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes providing all labor, equipment, implements, and materials required to replace and upgrade existing lighting systems (complete and operable) at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center (BCEC), with existing circuiting and controls, all as more fully set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing to bflynn@massconvention.com and cc vnagardeolekar@signatureboston.com in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 2/4/22 @ 5:00 P.M.
