Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Sunbury, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Preservation Parks ("Owner") is seeking architecture and engineering professional services for the design of the Railroad Depot and related site improvements located on Preservation Parks owned property at 168 South Vernon Street, Sunbury, OH 43074 This project includes Architectural design and Engineering services for repurposing the existing depot into a trailside public restroom, wayfinding and education facility. The design team will work with PPDC staff to establish building programming, floor plans, furnishings, finishes and assist with costs estimating for future construction. The Park Board reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications and waive any informalities. The Board also reserves the right to hold all statements of qualifications for 60 days after the submittal date, even if not accepted or rejected.
