Parking pavement lot needs to be laid out, with security chain link fence and barb wires on top, two-vehicle gates, and four walk-in gates installed, lay concrete sidewalk around the building, set up parking curbs and speed bumps, set four street lights with electrical poles along the fence. Currently, the parking lot is dirt, community members have to park in the mud and snow during inclement weather, there is no sidewalk around the building for handicap personnel, security is low and therefore need the parking lot fence in with vehicle gates and walk-in gates, parking curbs and speed bumps need to be installed, also street lights need to be set up. The project is included in the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration FY 2023-2027 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) .
