The anticipated scope of work to be undertaken by the Design-Builder under the design-build contract for this project is to include, among other things: (a) completing the animal shelter project design (pre-design work, preliminary cost estimating, schematic work), (b) working with the City in acquiring all permits and approvals, (c) performing all related lighting, fiber, parking lot, road, sewer, and water line installations, (d) providing quality assurance and quality control for design and construction, and (e) providing overall project management.
