New construction of an educational facility in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility.
Scope of work: 1. Removal of existing clock tower control mechanism and motors; 2. Installation of new clock control mechanism, motors, and hands. 3. Installation of fiber from. existing infrastructure to the Radio Room, and CAT6A from the Radio Room to the clock tower control module located in the Clock Tower Equipment Room. Estimated Base Bid Cost Range: $100,000 to $120,000 Additionally, all .Public Works Bid Openings will be conducted via, a live stream. A link to the live stream for bid opening can be found in the addendum. Contractors and the public will not be allowed to stay to watch the bid opening in person. We will strive to begin bid opening live streams within thirty minutes of the bid closing and appreciate your patience a.s we deploy this new process. The State of Washington prevailing wage rates are applicable for this public works project located in Thurston County, Bidders are responsible to verify and use the most recent prevailing wage rates. Voluntary numerical MWBE goals of 10% MBE and 8% WBE have been established for this project. The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
