Town of Ulster Water Department is soliciting bids for chemicals to be delivered weekly to the Water plant at 190 Fording Place Road, Lake Katrine, NY 12449;Approximately 2500 lbs. Chlorine gas in 150 lb. cylinders. Container deposits will not be forfeited if empty containers are returned within 12 months. Salt to be delivered bi-weekly to the Water plant at 190 Fording Place Road, Lake Katrine, NY 12449. Delivery is to be by pneumatic tank truck for the following: A. Approximately 200 tons of salt to be equal to AKZO, TXlO, CARGILL TOP-FLO, MORTON PUREX QUALITY, chlorine gas to be delivered weekly to the Whittier Waste Water Treatment Facility at 380 Ulster Landing Road, Kingston, NY 12401 between the hours of 7 AM & 2 PM, Monday-Friday; Approximately 600lbs + chlorine gas in 150 lb. cylinders. Container deposits will not be forfeited if empty containers are returned within 6 months. Bid price in effect from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Non-collusive bidding certificates are to accompany each bid.
