Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Monrovia, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; for paving for a service station / car wash facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 18, 2022.The Project has been awarded to Talon for the awarded amount of $27,041.45.** The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to excavate a small portion of the foundation of the building in the north-east corner of the building, plug holes in the concrete foundation wall, waterproof the wall, back fill the soil and then place a concrete sidewalk over the excavation. The contractor is required to provide all labor and to furnish and install all materials to complete the project. The duration/term of the Contract is three (3) months or until contract funds have been depleted, whichever comes first. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted in writing and received by the Procurement Officer or his designee prior to March 18, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. to be considered.
