GCI will relocate their overhead coax and fiber optic facilities to a bored crossing at 4th Ave and remove the existing crossing and pole at 5 th Avenue. GCI will coordinate with DOT and ARRC for the proposed work. DOT Utilities has reviewed the proposed 4th Avenue crossing one line design and intends to issue a permit for the work.
