The Work of the Base Bid consists of replacing ceiling tiles in the Patty Center gym with Owner-furnished, Contractor-installed (OFCI) tiles, retrofitting light fixtures with OFCI LED bulbs, removing four (4) basketball hoop assemblies, and constructing improvements to the announcer's booth. Alternate 1 work consists of demolishing a track-mounted accordion partition, repairing the wall and ceiling where the partition was removed, and painting the announcer's booth door.
