Renovation of an educational facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Complete renovations to the outdoor air systems in both Turner and Schneider Hall. These buildings are dormitories and consist primarily of dorm suites with some common areas and mechanical spaced in the basements and attics. There are six outdoor air systems which currently condition the air with an enthalpy air to air plate heat exchangers, using the toilet exhaust, and staged electric heating coils for each of the outdoor air fans. This provides minimal condoning of the outdoor air and heating to maintain a minimum 55F in the winter, and maximum 86F in the summer.
