The overall project consists of a 44,380 sf new two story addition to Elm Creek Public Schools. Work includes minor renovation of existing spaces along with selective demolition and wholesale demolition of the existing three-story elementary school building The Early Bid Package: Work included in this bid package includes site preparation and earthwork for the addition, concrete including foundations and floor slabs, concrete moisture control, bulk reinforcing steel, structural steel framing materials and structural steel erection. The remaining scopes of work will be included in the final bid package to be released later All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of Forty (40) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or by other data required by the bidding documents; or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive any informalities in any proposal.
