The project located at the Elm Creek Public School (in Elm Creek, NE) is as follows: The overall project consists of a 44,380 sf new two story addition to Elm Creek Public Schools. Work includes minor renovation of existing spaces along with selective demolition and wholesale demolition of the existing three-story elementary school building. The Final Bid Package: Work included in this bid package includes demolition of 1920 s three story building, masonry, metal studs and drywall, rough carpentry, waterproofing, insulation, EPDM roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, joint sealants, HM doors, frames, and hardware, OH coiling doors, Aluminum-framed storefronts, Acoustical Ceiling Tile, flooring and tile, polished concrete floors, resilient athletic floors, painting, specialties including visual display boards, toilet compartments, and lockers, window coverings, casework, elevators, wheel chair lift, fire suppression, HVAC and plumbing systems, electrical systems, communications systems, electronic safety and security systems, chain link fencing, and exterior improvements.
