No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The objective of this solicitation is to select a consultant to perform engineering design, bidding and construction phase services for the upsizing and rehabilitation of the existing approximately 18,000 linear feet (ft) of 24", 27", 30", 33", 34", 36", 42", and 44" diameter gravity sewer pipe that connects the Upper Martinez Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Martinez II Wastewater Treatment Plant. The extent of the existing infrastructure that will need to be upsized and the extent that requires rehabilitation will need to be evaluated as part of the engineering scope. Acquisition of permanent and construction easements determined necessary by the selected engineer will be negotiated and acquired by the River Authority Real Estate team. The contract will be awarded to the Respondent(s) on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications to perform the good/services and for a fair and reasonable price. The professional fees under the contract may not exceed any maximum provided by law. The River Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the response or portions of the response determined to be the best value and most advantageous to the River Authority, and hold the responses for a period of 120 days without taking action. Respondents are required to hold their responses firm for the same period of time.
