As of August 4, 2025, project has been awarded and completed. Contractor shall complete all work as indicated in the Contract Documents. The work is generally described as follows: A. Construction of a new dewatering building, complete with sludge pumps, blowers, belt filter press, conveyors, and all associated structural, architectural, process, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, instrumentation, and controlrk. B. Conversion of two aerobic digesters to waste sludge holding tanks, complete with coarse bubble mixing and decant systems. C. Installation of new wastewater pumps in existing B-2 Filtration Building. D. Demolition of existing T-7 Thickener. E. Miscellaneous yard piping, duct bank, paving, grading and other site services work. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Rehoboth Beach WWTP Capital Improvement Program Upgrade Phase 3B, City Project RB-WWTP-2022-01 will be received, by the City of Rehoboth Beach, at the Rehoboth Beach City Hall, 229 Rehoboth Avenue, Rehoboth Beach DE 19971. The Work will be substantially completed within 550 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 640 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Project no -JDH-10/15/181 Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the pre-bid conference.
