McLaughlin Youth Center, Key Switch and Entry Door Replacement Project Part 1, Remove and replace with new, 25 existing key switches with individual adjustable timer delays. Part 2, At Admin and Cottages 1,2,3, and 4 demo existing exterior frames and door slabs. reinforce existing jamb structure and install new door jambs, door slabs and hardware to match the existing installations with new. Bidders are invited to submit a quote to provide all labor, supervision, permits and materials to. Remove and replace with new 25 existing key switches with independent adjustable timer delays. Demolish and install, reinforcing as necessary, new entry frames, doors, and hardware, complete, to match existing installations at Cottages 1,2,3, and 4.
