Site work and paving for a civil project in Anamosa, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and water / sewer project.
The Project shall consist of: Reconstruction of Sycamore Street from N. Williams St. to N. Davis Street, including Sanitary Sewer Replacement & ADA Improvements Notice to Proceed shall be no later than March 8, 2022, work shall be substantially complete on or before Bid Bond Requirement of 10 Percent of the total amount of the bid. Phase 1 shall be fully completed on or before September 9, 2022, Phase 2 shall be fully completed on or before April 29, 2022, and to pay liquidated damages for noncompliance with said completion provisions at a rate of $500 per day for each day past the compeltion date . The Anamosa, Iowa, hereinafter called the Jurisdiction, has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the Jurisdiction, in the office of the City Clerk at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements:
