The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bids for snow removal services at the Wapsipinicon State Park located in Jones county of Iowa. Awarded contractor is required to provide all materials, labor and equipment necessary to achieve reasonably Near Normal Surface conditions at the end of each weather event as defined in the Scope of Work. We are asking for Bid Price = Cost per Trip (plow and treat) during a snow event This is project is exempt from state sales tax. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule.
