Site work and paving for a road / highway in La Porte, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the resur facing/improvement of streets, and all other work shown and specified in the Contract Documents. The sites of construction are various sections of street within the City of La Porte, Indiana. Each bidder must also complete a Form 96 (as prescribed by the State Board of Accounts); an executed non-collusion affidavit; signed copies of addenda (if issued); a completely executed Affidavit of Compliance with Indiana Immigration Law and Certification of Not Being Engaged in Investment Activities in Iran (copy attached); Affidavit of Compliance with City of La Porte Responsible and Responsive Bidder Requirements; and satisfactory bid security as set forth in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept a full or partial award of the bid, which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of La Porte.
