Bid Release 1 (Pre-Engineered Metal Building Materials) Larson-Danielson Construction is the Construction Manager as Constructor [CMc] and LaPorte Community School Corporation is the Owner for the Project. Project awards will be determined according to compliance with the contract documents and applicable provisions of Indiana State Law. Interested bidders should contact Larson-Danielson Construction to obtain pre-qualification documents. Bidders who are not prequalified shall submit financial information with their proposal in accordance with Indiana State Law. Bidders desiring hard copies will be responsible to pay for all printing, handling and shipping costs. All proposals shall be in accordance with the Project Documents. All bids shall be submitted to the Construction Manager as Constructor, Larson-Danielson Construction Co., Inc. The Owner & CMc reserve the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive any irregularities in bidding. All bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts. *The listed value reflects the entire scope of work.
