Renovation of an educational facility in La Porte, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
HVAC Upgrades at Crichfield Elementary. Scope of work will include rooftop DOAS installation, new fluid cooler installation, new chilled water piping, and an upgrade or replacement of the existing direct digital control building automation system. Note that due to supply chain issues and long lead times for equipment, the Owner has already purchased the DOAS units found in the Drawings. This equipment is expected to arrive in Spring of 2023 and the selected contractor will be responsible for taking delivery and the subsequent installation of this equipment.
