Last day for bidder questions: February 4, 2022 by 2:00pm A bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in accordance with Chapter 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 10 percent of the total bid shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond for one hundred (100%) of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities and errors in bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipts of bids. Submit two (2) copies of the Form of Proposal. All proposals shall be submitted upon the blank "Form of Proposal" furnished by the Architect. The wording of the Form of Proposal shall be used without change, alteration or addition. Substantial completion of all work by july 20, 2022. Final completion of all workat project site by july 27, 2022. Note: all work must be completed by july 27, 2022. This includes any and all punch list items.
