Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Niles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Niles Park District will receive sealed bids for pickleball/tennis court resurfacing and color coating at Kirk Lane Park, Jonquil and Waukegan Streets, Niles, IL 60714 and Grennan Heights Park, 8255 Oketo, Niles, IL 60714. The work required under this specification shall include all labor, material, equipment and services necessary for furnishing pickleball/tennis court resurfacing and color coating. A properly certified check, bank draft, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Niles Park District for not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid amount will be required for each bid. Niles Park District will require the successful bidder to furnish a satisfactory performance and labor and material payment bond for the total contract amount of this project. All wages paid by the Contractor and Sub-Contractors shall be in compliance with the Illinois prevailing wage rate act. Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment provisions. The Niles Park District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or technicalities in any bid and to accept the bid which it deems to be in the best interest of the Niles Park District.
